Tutorial on how to change password of a webmail account on

Passwords can be forgotten and has to be changed regularly. Throughout this tutorial we will show you how to change your password on webmail account.

This password changing routine also relevant to your SMTP-based account access. In short, if you change your password on the webmail system you will need to change your SMTP access password in your favorite desktop/mobile e-mail client as well (Outlook/Gmail/Thunderbird/etc).

Now, to change your password you either need to visit and click on Login blue button or visit - both ways will land you on the main webmail login page.

Then look for the very bottom navigation bar, which has a Change Password navigation link - see image below:

Upon clicking the link you will be redirected to the Change Password page as shown below. Here you need to enter your email address and type in the text from the bot protection image then click the blue "Send new password activation link button".

After clicking the button you wil be redirected to the following page whilst an email is sent to your mailbox with the Change Password link. It hsould be in your inbox but as always check the Spam folder just in case.

When you login to your alternate email address you should see the following email. Please click on the change password link there.

When you click on the change password link a new browser tab should open. Here, you need to add a new password that is at least 10 letters long and has at least one capital character, one standard character, one number and one special character.

...and that is it. Upon successfully changing your password you will be redirected to the following page and you can log in. It is also possible that your browser will update your saved password.
